Purchase Options (Subscription) Cancellation Policy

This policy applies when you choose a Subscribe & Save option at checkout. It's short and in plain English on purpose.

What you're agreeing to - When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each delivery cycle (currently every 4 weeks), at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel. Your 20% subscriber saving and free delivery apply for as long as your subscription is active.

How to manage or cancel - anytime You are always in control. From your account area you can, at any time and with no fee or penalty:

• Skip your next delivery
• Pause your subscription
• Change the delivery frequency or your next order date
• Cancel completely

No phone calls, no hoops. You can also email jules@moonshotwellness.com and we'll action it for you.

Timing of changes and cancellations Changes and cancellations apply to future orders. To make sure a change lands before your next delivery, please make it at least [24 - 48 hours] before your renewal date. If an order has already been processed for dispatch, it can't be cancelled but it's covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Price changes If we ever change the subscription price, we'll give you reasonable advance notice by email so you can decide whether to continue.

Renewal reminders Where required, we'll send you a reminder before each renewal so nothing is a surprise.

Your statutory rights This policy is in addition to your legal rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see Returns & Refunds).
