We want your Moonshot to reach you quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Here's how delivery works.

Where we ship We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Costs

• Free tracked delivery on all UK orders over £30.
• Orders under £30: a flat rate of £2.99.
• Subscription orders: free delivery, every time.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscriptions Your subscription renews and ships on the same date each cycle. You can change your next delivery date, skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account - see the Returns & Refunds policy for more.

Problems with delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or arrives damaged, email jules@moonshotwellness.com and we'll put it right.
