Privacy Policy

Your trust matters to us as much as your data protection rights do. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Moonshot Wellness Limited ("Moonshot", "we") is the data controller.

What we collect

Order & account information: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order history.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
Marketing information: your email address and preferences if you subscribe to our list.
Usage information: how you use our site, collected via cookies and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), such as pages viewed and device/browser data.

Why we use it (lawful bases under UK GDPR)

To fulfil your order and manage your account (performance of a contract).
To provide customer support and handle returns (contract / legitimate interests).
To send marketing where you've opted in (consent) — you can unsubscribe anytime.
To improve our site and products, and for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting records).

Who we share it with We share data only with providers that help us run the business, under appropriate safeguards — for example: Shopify (store & checkout), Klaviyo (email), our payment providers, delivery partners, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK-approved transfer mechanisms).

How long we keep it We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. order records for tax purposes).

Your rights You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jules@moonshotwellness.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
