Creatine + CocoVital™ · Clinically dosed
The science is clear. So are we.
A clinical 3g dose of creatine monohydrate and our CocoVital™ blend - every ingredient listed in full, at the dose you can verify against the evidence. Developed by a UK pharmacist.
The formula, in full
Every ingredient. Every dose. Every reason.
Most “creatine gummies” hide behind a proprietary blend. We publish the lot - what’s in it, how much, and the job it does.
| Ingredient | Per serving | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Creatine monohydrate | 3,000 mg | Supports muscle strength, power and recovery - and, on a growing body of evidence, cognitive function. One of the most researched compounds in sports science. See refs 1–4. |
| MCT oil CocoVital™ | in blend | A rapidly-metabolised fat that provides fast, clean energy and supports ketone production - a fuel the brain uses efficiently. |
| Coconut water CocoVital™ | in blend | Naturally occurring electrolytes for hydration alongside daily training. |
| Acacia fibre CocoVital™ | in blend | A prebiotic fibre that supports gut health and digestion. |
| CocoVital™ blend total | 3,333 mg | Our trademarked MCT oil + coconut water + acacia fibre blend. Disclosed as a total and by component - not a black box. |
Strong body. Sharp mind.
One gummy. Five jobs.
Our daily creatine gummy was designed to work on two fronts at once - the physical capability you’ve trained for, and the mental sharpness your work and life depend on. After 45, the two are inseparable.
Muscle strength & cognitive support - creatine. Rapid energy & mental focus - MCT oil. Hydration & electrolytes - coconut water. Gut health - acacia fibre.
Nothing is added that can’t earn its place. No fillers. No sugar. No hype.
Inside CocoVital™
How CocoVital™ works
Our trademarked blend brings three natural ingredients together, each doing a specific job — working alongside the 3g of creatine at the heart of the formula.
Alongside 3g creatine monohydrate - for muscle strength, power, recovery and cognitive support.
Backed by science
Don’t take our word for it. Read the research.
Under UK law, food supplements can’t make health claims - so we don’t. Instead, here is the evidence base, framed as education, so you can judge it yourself.
Creatine’s role in supporting muscle strength, power output and recovery is among the most consistently replicated findings in sports-nutrition research - and increasingly studied in older adults alongside resistance training.
A growing body of randomised trials examines creatine’s effects on working memory, processing speed and mental clarity, with signals that appear more pronounced where baseline brain creatine is lower - such as in older adults.
Creatine monohydrate has one of the best-established safety records in the supplement literature across decades of study in healthy populations at standard doses.

Why Moonshot is different
Not all creatine gummies are the same.
The honest comparison - the questions a label-reader actually asks.
| moonshot | Typical creatine gummy | Creatine powder | |

| Full dose transparency | Yes | Proprietary blend | Yes |
| Third-party batch tested | Yes | Rarely | Sometimes |
| Pharmacist developed | Yes | Rarely | No |
| Easy daily consistency | Yes | Yes | Mixing required |
| No fillers / no sugar | Yes | Often sugar-loaded | Varies |
| Made in the UK | Yes | Often imported | Varies |
Developed by a pharmacist
Formulated on the evidence.
Every Moonshot formula is developed by a qualified UK pharmacist who selects each ingredient on the strength of the research and sets the dose to a clinically relevant level - then leaves out everything that can’t be justified.
That means clinical doses, not token amounts. Full transparency, not proprietary blends. And claims that stop exactly where the evidence does.
The questions people actually ask
Straight answers.
Is creatine safe?
Creatine monohydrate has one of the most extensively studied safety profiles in the supplement literature, across decades of research in healthy adults at standard doses. As with any supplement, if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, check with a healthcare professional first.
Will it make me bulk up?
No. Creatine supports strength, power and recovery - it isn’t an anabolic steroid and won’t “bulk” you on its own. For active women over 40 in particular, the relevant benefits are maintaining lean muscle and supporting strength and cognition, not adding size.
Is it too late to start in my 60s?
The evidence is encouraging at any age. Studies in older adults show meaningful benefits from creatine alongside resistance training for muscle and, on a growing body of research, cognition. Starting later still makes a measurable difference.
What about my kidneys?
In healthy individuals, the research consistently finds no harmful effect on kidney function at standard doses. If you have existing kidney concerns, speak to your doctor before starting - as you would with any supplement.
Why a gummy, and how many do I take?
Consistency is the whole game with creatine - you need it daily to see the benefit, and powders and capsules make that harder than it needs to be. Chew 3 gummies a day. That’s it.
What does “third-party tested” actually mean?
Every batch is independently tested by an external laboratory for purity and potency - so the dose on the label is the dose in the gummy. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
